Inside Bee Pollen Allergy |
|
A bee pollen allergen may come with symptoms that range from mild or unnoticeable ones to extremely severe ones. A bee pollen allergy is a serious matter mainly beacuse it can lead to a fatal condition - anaphylactic shock in which throat swells shut. If you suffer from a mild form of bee pollen allergy, you will experience rashes on your arms and other insignificant symptoms that do not threaten your life. Once you find out that you suffer from this type of allergy, you will have to stay away from all the products that contain bee pollen. If you are concerned that you may experience allergic reactions to bee pollen even if you have not experienced them before, there is a way for you to find whether you are suffering from this allergy or not. Small dosages of bee pollen are available in order to have them introduced into your system and observe the effects you may experience. For instance, you are strongly recommended to try and buy some bee pollen granules beacuse these granules are the most row and the smallest form available. Such a pollen granule is extremely rich in vitamins and nutrients. In order to check whether you are suffering from bee pollen allergy, you will have to begin by taking just 3 granules per day – you will have to do this for 3 days. Once you notice that you don’t experience any adverse reactions, you may increase your daily dosage to 6 granules. Next, you will have to carry on this daily pattern until you reach a teaspoon full of such bee pollen granules per day. Once your experiment is a successful one and you experience no allergic reactions, it is possible that the bee pollen allergy does not exist in your case. The bee pollen desensitization is the main treatment against this allergen. This method consists of introducing very small amounts of bee pollen into a person in order to stimulate the immune system. This way, antibodies will be caused and they will prevent the body from producing histamine – a substance that is responsible for every allergic reaction that happens in the human body. Such a treatment is similar to the conventional vaccination for diseases such as measles or small pox – the whole treatment is based on the regular introduction of the responsible allergen in order to cancel out all its devastating effects when entering the body next time.
