A bee pollen allergen may come with symptoms that range from mild or unnoticeable ones to extremely severe ones. For instance, you are strongly recommended to try and buy some bee pollen granules beacuse these granules are the most row and the smallest form available. Such a pollen granule is extremely rich in vitamins and nutrients.

In order to check whether you are suffering from bee pollen allergy, you will have to begin by taking just 3 granules per day – you will have to do this for 3 days. Once you notice that you don’t experience any adverse reactions, you may increase your daily dosage to 6 granules.
